We can’t believe how fast this year is going and with Easter just around the corner we figured what better way to celebrate than with plenty of great food and drink with us? Nestled on Whiteladies Road, we can offer intimate booths for that romantic date night vibe or why not prop yourself at our beautiful seated bar where you can really get in on the action by watching our talented bar team making your cocktails right in front of you!
If you’re popping in for a bit of lunch over the Bank Holiday weekend you can take full advantage of our brilliant lunch deal of succulent rump steak and a glass of wine for £15! If you fancy a longer lunch, pick from our unmissable set lunch menu with three courses for £18 (You don’t want to miss this deal!) Boasting dishes such as perfectly cooked salmon fishcakes with spinach, poached egg and tartare sauce, then ending with a delicious chocolate delice with caramel popcorn and vanilla chantilly you can choose from a selection of tasty season specials. If you’ve got the kids with you then don’t worry – we have a full kids menu to fill little tummies! With kids favourite such as our fish fingers, chicken nuggets, mac & cheese and even a roast ribeye all served with either fries or veg and juice of your choice, for just £7 we’ve got plenty to keep them quiet whilst you enjoy your lunch too.
If you’ve had something of a heavy Friday night come and nurse that hangover with our Ox Brunch menu on Saturday morning. Not only will you be able to sink your teeth into our classic Ox Full English featuring mouthwatering smoked bacon, poached eggs, black pudding, hash browns, breakfast sausages, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms beans and sourdough (Now* that’s* what we call a full English!) but you opt for a bit of hair of the dog by making it a bottomless Bloody Mary brunch for £10.
And last bu not least we couldn’t miss our famous Sunday Roast. Choose from our Buxton’ dry aged rump of beef, pressed belly of pork or a Sirloin of beef to share all served with a crispy Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, leeks & greens, braised red cabbage, roast carrots and thick house gravy (We’ll be impressed if you can finish it all!)
